Penuchi Fudge
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Evaporated milk
2 cups Brown sugar
2 tblsp. Butter or margarine
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 cup broken nut meats

Kitchen wares:
Large heavy saucepan
Candy thermometer
Greased pan

Directions:
1. Combine milk and sugar in large saucepan.

2. Cook slowly, stirring only until sugar is dissolved, until 236F is reached, the stage at which a drop of the mixture will form a soft ball when dropped into cold water.

3. Add butter or margarine.

4. Let cool slightly.

5. Add other ingredients and beat until creamy.

6. Pour into greased pan.

7. Place in refrigerator and let chill.
