Dark Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup Shelled and chopped walnuts
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
A dash of salt

Kitchen wares:
Heavy saucepan
Eight or nine inch square pan
Wax paper
Cutting board or other clean flat surface

Before you begin:
1. Line the square pan with wax paper.

Directions:
1. In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk and salt.

2. Remove it from the heat; stir in the cup of walnuts and vanilla.

3. Spread it evenly into the pan you prepared earlier.

4. Chill in refrigerator for two hours or until firm.

5. Turn fudge onto a cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares.

6. Store fudge loosely covered at room temperature.
