Peppers cut length-wise
Peppercorns
Dried tomatoes
Two lime zests
Medley:
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Basil
Thyme
Rosemary
Dried tomatoes
Oregano
Garlic
Peppercorns
Dill
Clove
Directions:
1. Place the herbs into the clean bottle.
2. Fill bottle almost to the top with extra-virgin olive oil.
3. Store the bottle in a cool, dark place for about two weeks.
4. Make a tag, listing the ingerdents and the date by which it should be used.
