| Scented Oils: Canola Based |

Hints: The shelf life is about two weeks if kept in the refrigerator.
Craft Wares:
Heavy sauce pan
Bottle
Materials:
1 cup Canola Oil
1/2 cup Coarsely ground black pepper for a Black Pepper Oil.
1/2 cup fresh sage, chopped for a Sage Oil.
1/2 cup fresh rosemary, chopped for a Rosemary Oil.
Directions:
1. Place herb of your choice (e.g. Sage) into the heavy sauce pan and add one cup canola oil.
2. Warm over low heat, stirring every now and then for about 20 minutes.
3. Cool over night.
4. Pour and strain into the bottle.
5. Store in your refrigerator.

Ginger Oil
Heat 1 cup of canola oil and pour over 1/3 cup of fresh chopped ginger.
Chili Pepper Oil
Heat 1 cup of oil and pour over two dried and crumbled red chile peppers.
