Shortcut/Tip January 23, 1999: V-Cut Block is Contour Scriber When fitting panels into a corner, or linoleum against a wall, you may find that the wall is curved or crooked. In order to follow its curve to make a neat joint, a block of wood with a notch in one end will help you do it. Press the block into a corner, holding a pencil in the notch and with the panel in place, slide the block along the wall. This will give you the right cutting line.
