Shortcut/Tip January 19, 1999: Wax Protects Tools in Use A coating of grease or an airtight wrap is fine for stored tools, but what about those tools you use frequently? Protect these with a coating of hard paste wax, rubbing it on as though polishing the tools. This not only seals out moisture, but sheds shop dust as well. |
