	Home Project February 1, 1999: Arm Extender Helps You Carry Wallboard When carrying a panel of plywood, gypboard, or other large board, having an arm extender makes the job easier. For the handle for the arm extender, take a piece of one-by-two, nail it to the 1" side of a 10" long cleat of the same stock. A matching piece nailed to the other narrow side of the cleat forms a 1" lip to hold the board steady.
