Gays and lesbians celebrate their identities, and raise discriminatory issues they face. A State Department Human Rights report shines new light on various abuses.
A new U.S. report shows many people around the world still face discrimination based on their sexual orientation or gender identity.   As VOA's Robert Raffaele explains, some American advocates are calling for a greater diplomatic effort to ensure human rights for all the world's citizens.
