Here are 10 tips to help you save time in the kitchen.
1. To make it simple when a recipe asks for sifting of several dry ingredients, put all them into a bowl and mix with a wisk.
2. Put a chopstick in the flour bag, that way it's handy for leveling cups when cooking, and you need not go searching for a knife.
3. Keep a pair of kitchen scissors handy instead of using a knife. There great for opening bags or cutting chicken.
4. To keep recipes and cookbooks free from cooking stains, place them in clear plastic bags (store brands that are completely clear without brand names are easier to see though).
5. To keep a cake from sticking to the bottom of the pan, place it on

a damp cloth after you remove it from the oven.
6. If you are making mashed potatoes or potato salad cube the potatoes before boiling them, they will cook faster.
7. To prepare an avocado slice it length wise and twist; remove the seed and peel back the skin or scoop out the insides.
8. Keep both hands free while filling a pastry bag by placing it in an empty jar or pitcher then fold the top, like a cuff over the top of the jar.
9. Quickly core apples buy cutting them in half, then scoop out the core using a mellon baller
10. To quicken the process of greasing cake pans keep a plastic sandwich baggie in the vegetable shorting to use a greasing mitt.
