Welcome to the Dessert Recipe for the week of August 26-September 2. This week’s recipe is for Marshmallow Toffee Balls and you’ll need:
3 regular-sized toffee bars (such as Heath Bars) ½ C butter ½ can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk ¾ pkg large marshmallows Rice Krispies
Melt toffee, milk and butter in saucepan. When melted and blended, turn heat to lowest setting. Dip each marshmallow in caramel mixture and then roll in Rice Krispies. Nuts or coconut may be substituted for Rice Krispies. This makes about 30 balls.
