Want a sure-fire way to save money on health costs and make you smarter at the same time? Then exercise. A recent report states that a 30 minute aerobic workout three times a week can reduce stress, improve memory and concentration, and give us a bigger brain. So, if you're healthier, then you make fewer trips to the doctor's office and buy less medication, and that's always good news. And did you know reports indicate that only 14 percent of Americans exercise three times a week; but 25% don't exercise at all? And, even worse, about one half of American kids don't do any exercise each day. So, start a program of exercise, even if it's just a walk around the block. That’s Money Saving Tips.
